Job Title: Administration Officer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 per month
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to manage and coordinate a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative matters related to legal documentation, government renewals, vehicle management, telecom coordination, and insurance processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle renewals and queries across various government and semi-government entities including DMCC, JAFZA, DED, DEWA, RTA, Civil Defense, Dubai Chamber, MOFA, MOE, Dubai Land, Dubai Trade/Customs, and others
- Process renewals for licenses, permits, certificates, contracts, subscriptions, Mirsal codes, and GPS trackers
- Manage DEWA move-in/move-out procedures and final bill processing
- Handle sub-lease renewals and tenancy contract drafting, including Ejari registration and DMCC portal updates
- Receive and process communications via email, phone, and physical mail
- Draft official letters for government entities, telecom providers, RTA, banks, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate vehicle testing, registration, and renewal, including civil defense vehicle permits
- Arrange motor insurance renewals in coordination with the insurance broker
- Monitor and manage VIP fuel tag accounts, including monthly usage checks and top-ups
- Process new VIP tag installations and manage Salik accounts, including recharges, tag removals, and fine monitoring
- Coordinate with relevant departments for driver permit renewals and new applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital Management, Management, or Business Administration
- Additional HR certifications or qualifications are an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role with a strong HR component
- Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and government procedures
- Experience working with UAE government portals and systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online government systems
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
